Dr. Donna-Kay Hylton is a doctorally prepared Nurse Practitioner, who is triple board certified in psychiatry, family medicine, and executive nursing. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a passion for integrative, trauma-informed care, she founded MindSpace Health PLLC to redefine what it means to heal and to revolutionize mental health care by treating the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
She brings over 13 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatry, neurology, otolaryngology, home care, and breast disorders, as well as more than 17 years in nursing management and leadership, including critical care and maternal-child care. Her diverse clinical and administrative background allows her to approach mental health from a truly holistic and interdisciplinary perspective.
Her practice blends traditional psychiatric treatment with functional medicine, therapy, and wellness — empowering each patient to take control of their mental health through compassionate, stigma-free, and individualized care. She specializes in treating complex conditions such as traumatic brain injury (TBI), ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and is certified in Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault injury claims.
Her mission is to make every patient feel heard, valued, and in control, providing stigma-free care in a bold, luxurious, and healing environment — whether in person or via telehealth.
